DOLPHIN RIDE:

Program for 10 swimmers with 1 dolphin, comes with dorsal ride and free time to interact with the dolphin.

Inclusion

Round trip transportation in air conditioned bus from meeting point; Dolphins Ride; Life jacket in Underground River; All the main attractions; Buffet Lunch with soft drinks and coffee; Snorkeling gear; Towel; Locker; Night show.

Exclusion

Video; Pictures (camera is not allowed in the water); Gratuities.

Hours of operation

Available daily. Swim time only available at 11:30am.

Duration

Approximately 12-14 hours (Dolphin swim activity lasts 45 minutes).

Confirm with your Olympus Tours representative the nearest meeting point to your hotel and pick up time.

Additional Information

Do not forget: Swimwear, biodegradable sunscreen, hat or cap, money, biodegradable sun block, mosquito repellent, and a Valid ID to reserve your locker and camera.

Participant restrictions

Children from 12 years old will pay adult rate.

Children must be at least 45 inches tall to be able to do the swim program.

From 5 to 11 years old, Child rate will apply. Children must show ID at the Park's ticket office to prove age.

Children under 12 years old will need to be with a paying adult during Swim Program.

Children under 5 years old not paying a tour ticket will share seat with parents on the bus.

Dolphin program is not recommendable for children under the age of 5. If child from 0-4 wishes to do the tour, child rate applies. In case a child is not able to do all the behaviors because of young age, or decides to leave the platform before the program is over, partial refunds do not apply.

This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems and seizures.

Cancellation: 2 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

All excursions are subject to change. All holidays and special occasions, both Mexican and International, may affect operation as well as pricing.

Please confirm reservation 48 hours in advance with Olympus Tours Cancun office or see your Olympus Tours Representative at the hotel upon arrival.
