Hours of operation

Available daily departing at 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm from April to October and November to March departing at 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:00pm.

Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Approximately 2.5 hours including training time.

Location

Departs from 757 Beach Street, San Francisco, CA, 94109, near the corner of Hyde Street. Located in rear parking lot. Hyde Street Cable Car turn around is across the street. Wells Fargo Bank ATM is at the entrance to our driveway.

Additional Information

Training is 45 to 50 minutes. During the busy summer season training time may be slightly longer.

No flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.

Participant restrictions

Rider must be 12 years or older and weight 100lbs – 250lbs. No weight exceptions.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk.

Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues and for guests age 70 and up.

You must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. You will be standing for 2 hours.

Policies

Cancellation: 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

Maximum of 10 guests per tour guide.

You must complete the Segway rider training and test ride.

All guests must sign a liability waiver.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
