Policies

Visiting the first attraction activates the card. Card must be used for the number of days purchased within 30 days.

A separate E-Ticket will be emailed to the guest within 72 hours of purchase. This ticket is required to redeem services.

All e-tickets valid for 1 year from purchase. If not used in 1 year, products are nonrefundable.

Use your pass right on your phone or print it out in advance. Show your digital pass at designated ticketing areas and enjoy! No voucher redemption necessary.

Cancellation: Redeemed e-tickets are nonrefundable. Unredeemed e-tickets are fully refundable up to one year from purchase.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
