Cancellation: 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show always 100% penalty.

Please note the reservation for each cruise has been booked as a general admission ticket for the date of purchase. Please be advised peak boarding times may fill quickly and early selection of a boarding time is encouraged. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher to reserve boarding time or visit our Ticket Booth located at the foot of Clifton Hill and the Niagara Parkway to receive the next available cruise.
