The typical Hop On Hop Off service will allow you to get on and off from the boat at any stop, that way have the maximum liberty to visit the major sights and attractions.

Location

City Sightseeing Venice Visitor Center: open from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Inside customers can ask for any kind of information on the service and on the city, take our maps and exchange their vouchers; It is situated inside the main train station Venezia Santa Lucia in front of platforms 13-14, next to Freccia Club, and it is very close to STOP N. 1.

The validity of the 1 Day Ticket terminates with the last run of the same day the customer exchanges the voucher.

The validity of the 2 Day Ticket terminates 2 Days after the customer exchanges the voucher.

City Sightseeing will make every effort to maintain a regular and frequent service, but does not guarantee to do so. City Sightseeing shall not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation or termination of service.

Cancellation: 4 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
