Since there are no escort tours available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, we encourage visitors to take the National Park Service’s USS Arizona Memorial Deluxe Tour. This incredible package includes the use of smart phone/headsets upon check in. First let Jamie Lee Curtis, guide you through the Visitor Center’s two world class museums, with narration aboard the Memorial and throughout the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Hear firsthand from actual USS Arizona and Pearl Harbor Survivors as they retell their stories and retrace the events of Dec 7, 1941.

Only this Deluxe Tours allows visitors exclusive access, via the smart phone, to the National Park Service’s WWII archives and videos on the attack at Pearl Harbor.

In addition, this package includes admission to the National Park Services’ new Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Center to view “Witness the Key Time Periods of the Japanese Attack on Battleship Row”, “Walk the Deck of the USS Arizona Before It Was Sunk by an Armor Piercing Bomb” and “Experience the USS Arizona Memorial, Including Restricted Areas Not Viewable By The Public”. Inclusion

USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour (3-hour self-guided); Smart phone and headset upon check-in; Admission to the Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Center. The tour is available in English, French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, Russian, Italian and Spanish.

Exclusion

Transportation to and from Pearl Harbor; $7.50 charge for each additional headset needed; USS Arizona Memorial movie and boat ticket.

Hours of operation

Pearl Harbor Visitor Center is open daily from 7:00am - 5:00pm (closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and New Year's day).

The first USS Arizona Memorial Tour begins at 7:30am and runs every 15 minutes to 3:00pm.

Parking at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center is free. Lots are located in front of the main entrance.

Policies

For security reasons, no purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, large camera cases or luggage is allowed at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Valuables should not be left in your vehicle. Bag storage is available at the entrance for a fee of $3 per bag. We recommend that visitors bring in their wallets, ID, water, cameras and cellphones.
