Hours of operation

This tour is available Monday – Saturday at 9:00am – 6:00pm. Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. No tour departures on the following holidays: Memorial Day (May 28, 2018), July 4, Thanksgiving (November 23, 2018), Christmas (December 25, 2018).

Day tours depart from the Downtown Manhattan Heliport, Pier 6 - East River, New York, NY 10004. Located on South Street between the South Street Seaport and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.

Additional Information

Complimentary lockers are available to your clients to safely hold their belongings while flying. Only cameras and pocket wallets are permitted on the helicopters. Bags/purses must be locked up.

Participant restrictions

All passengers must provide government issued identification (passport, driver’s license); All passengers are required to view a safety video before flying.

Policies

Cancellation: 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

All bags are subject to inspection.

This tour must have a minimum of 4 passengers in order to operate.

Guest is required to call Helicopter Flight Services the day of your flight to reconfirm.
