The San Francisco Segway Tour is the perfect tour for both those new to the city and San Francisco veterans. For the beginners, this 3 hour tour will offer you a fantastic orientation and give you an opportunity to see virtually all of the sites you've read about.

For the veterans, we're positive you'll learn new facts and stories about San Francisco that you've never heard. After riding with us we're sure you'll both agree that riding a Segway is the best way to see the ‘City by the Bay'.

Fully guided tour; Segway; Helmet; Training Session.

Gratuities and transportation.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily; Departs at 9:00am (June-September only), 10:00am and 2:00pm (year round). Please check in 15 minutes prior to departure time. No tour departures on: January 1; July 4; November 24; December 25.

Additional Information

Your safety is always our highest priority; therefore each of our tours begins with a 30-minute orientation session.

Participant restrictions

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older. All participants must be at least 12 years old. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on tour. Unfortunately anyone under the age of 12 will not be permitted to participate.

All participants must weigh at least 100 pounds and not in excess of 260 pounds.

Due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not permitted to participate on our Segway tours.

Policies

We ask that each guest arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork.

Tours take place rain or shine. ponchos available in our office in case of rain for anyone that needs them.

City Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.
