The Polynesian Cultural Center is a living museum located in Laie, on the northern part of Oahu. Within simulated Polynesian villages, performers demonstrate various arts and crafts from throughout Polynesia.

SAMPLE MENUS

"Ali‘i Luau" Menu:

Poi (traditional dish made by pounding boiled taro roots and mixing with water), Poke (raw fish marinated in lemon or lime juice), Lomilomi Salmon, pipi Kaula (seasoned beef jerky) roast pork, teriyaki chicken, chicken long rice, deep fried fish filets, taro rolls, variety of salads, fresh fruit, beverages, coconut cake and chocolate cake.

"Prime Dining" Menu:

Starters - Salad, soups, crab legs, sushi, Sashimi, vegetable platter, fruit platter.

Entrees - Tender prime rib au jus with horseradish or Succulent pork stir-fry or Baked teriyaki chicken or Baked mahi-mahi with coconut crab sauce or Macadamia Nut Chicken.

Sides - Rice with Ume, Beni Shoga (a mix of black and white sesame seeds), baked red potatoes served with sour cream and bacon bits, and assorted dinner rolls (wheat, white, and taro).

Dessert - Strawberry chiffon cake, Mochi, Haupia Cream Puffs, Chocolate Dream cake, Oreo creamed cheesecake and Island Macadamia nut cream pie. Beverages.

*Prime Dining dinner buffet guests (only) will receive a ticket redeemable for 1 serving portion of crab legs – it will not be part of the normal buffet with multiple servings.

Hours of operation

Available: Monday – Saturday, Center Opens at 12:00pm. Late Entry is after 4:00pm only.

The Ali'i Luau runs from 5:15pm–6:30pm. Please plan to be at the Ali'i Luau no later than 5:00pm for your lei greeting.

The Center's world-famous evening show, Ha-Breath of Life, starts at 7:30pm in the Pacific Theater.

Closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
