Itinerary

Day 1: LIMA.

Welcome to Peru. Reception at Jorge Chavez International Airport. Transfer to hotel. Accommodation. Meals: (-/-/-)

Day 2: LIMA / CUSCO.

In the morning, transfer to airport for flying to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, city tour including: the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), the Cathedral, the archaeological remains of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. Return to hotel. Day 3: CUSCO / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO.

In the morning, transfer to train station for going to Machu Picchu by Expedition service. After 3 hours approximately, arrival to Aguas Calientes and bus up to the citadel. Arrival and beginning of the excursion. (Lunch Not included). In the afternoon, journey back to Cusco by train. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Accommodation. Meals: (B/-/-)

Day 4: CUSCO / PUNO.

In the morning, transfer to the bus station for going to Puno. The trip lasts 10 hours and there are some stops at tourist places: Andahuaylillas, known as the little Sixtine Chapel of America, Raqchi. Lunch in Sicuani. Then, we will pass by La Raya, the highest part of the way (4,335 masl) and finally, Pucara. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Accommodation. Meals: (B/-/-)

Day 5: PUNO / JULIACA / LIMA.

In the morning, excursion to the floating islands of Uros, These islands are made of reeds known as totora which grow naturally on the banks of Titicaca Lake. Then, transfer to Juliaca’s airport visiting on the way, Chullpas de Sillustani (pre-Inca’s funeral tombs) located on the shores of the beautiful Umayo Lake. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Day 6: LIMA / ICA: NASCA LINES TOUR / LIMA.

Early morning, transfer in a regular van to Ica. After 4 hours, arrival and transfer to the airport for flying over the Nazca Lines. During the flight you will be able to appreciate some lines such as: spider, monkey, etc. A little tour to the Huacachina Lagoon. Lunch in a local restaurant. Return in a regular van to Lima. Arrival at night. Accommodation. Meals: (B/L/-)

Day 7: LIMA.

In the morning, city tour including: the Main Square with a panoramic view of the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Municipal Palace, and visit to the church of San Francisco and its subterranean tombs. Then, panoramic view of the districts of San Isidro (the financial center of the city) and the tourist district of Miraflores with its beautiful parks and the Pacific Ocean view. Return to hotel. In the evening, transfer to airport for flying back to your country. Meals: (B/-/-)
