Hours of operation

Available daily departing at 8:15am year round and on Friday-Wednesday during April-October (Summer) and Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday during November-March (Winter) departing at 1:15pm. Guests must be ready at least 15 minutes before departure. Pick-up times can vary plus or minus 15 minutes according to traffic conditions. no tour departures on April 8, May 1, July 14 & 29.

SUMMER 8:15am Tour - English: daily; Spanish: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; Portuguese and Japanese: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

SUMMER 1:15pm Tour - English: all departures; Spanish: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday; Portuguese: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; French: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday.

WINTER 8:15am Tour - English: daily; Spanish: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; Portuguese and Japanese: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

WINTER 1:15pm Tour - English: every departure; Spanish: Monday, Saturday; Portuguese: Wednesday, Sunday; Chinese: Wednesday; French: Saturday, Sunday.

Location

Hotel pick-up and drop off if located inside Paris. Guests must be ready in the hotel lobby, or in front of the main entrance of private apartments.

Policies

Cancellation: 2 days prior 50% penalty, 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
