In Palermo the City Sightseeing© tour service began on May 9, 2005 with only the A Line, which allowed our passengers to visit the most beautiful places in the historic city center. Following the success of this Line, in 2006 the B Line was added to visit the Liberty area of the City, the most important villas and the Zisa Castle. In 2011 it also became possible to visit the Cathedral of Monreale, the well-known Norman jewel which was begun by William II and overlooks Palermo and the Conca D’Oro.

Thanks to our flexible hop-on hop-off system, you can see the most important places of Palermo and Monreale in one single day and at the cheapest price.

Each bus has a multilingual commentary system available for every passenger which will not only keep you entertained, but also well informed about the city, its history and anecdotes.

City Sightseeing© not only provides our customers with transportation but, it also allows them to enjoy a perfect holiday. In fact, by showing our City Sightseeing© ticket, our passengers will be granted special ticket prices to visit museums, attend symphonic music concerts, go to the theatre or the cinema. These discounts are a benefit of our relationships with the Modern Art Gallery, the Symphonic Orchestra, the Teatro Biondo Foundation and the Esercenti Cinematografici Association.

Inclusion

Hop on hop off ticket for 24 hours; 2 Bus lines: Line A - 9 stops, Line B - 7 stops; Commentary Pre-recorded English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese.

Exclusion

Transportation to and from departure locations; Gratuity.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily; Line A departs every 30 minutes, 9:30am - 5:00pm (April-November) and 10:00am - 1:00pm (November-March); Line B departs every 40 minutes (April-November) and 2 runs daily (December-March), 12:00pm - 5:00pm. *Times are subject to change.

Duration

Tour is approximately: 60 minutes ( Line A) and 50 minutes (Line B).
