Special needs seating is available at each theatre – please notify us if you require access to special needs seating areas.

Participant restrictions

Children under the age of 5 are NOT permitted into the “O” Theater.

An adult must accompany guests under 18 years old.

Appropriate attire is required; No swimwear, no cut-off shorts. Shoes are required.

Policies

The use of any recording devices and cameras is strictly prohibited.

Must book 5 days prior to show.

No general admission seating shall be permitted.

Tickets are sold as final sale; no modifications, no refunds or exchanges.

Parties larger than 12 may not be seated as one large group.

Orders for 13 people or more are considered a group and will be cancelled and rebooked through our groups department.
