As a select transportation partner of the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, we offer exclusive Visitor Passes to see the 9/11 Memorial and Museum with the purchase of a Hop-On/Hop-Off Pass.

At the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, visitors have the unique opportunity to witness the World Trade Center rebuilding taking place around them - including the construction of 1 World Trade Center, which will be the tallest building in the United States. During this interim period of construction, access to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum is managed by a timed reservation system for both individuals and groups.

The timed Visitor Pass allow passengers to plan their visit to the 9/11 Memorial at a select time to coordinate with their NYWT Hop-On/Hop-Off Pass from Pier 79. The timed Visitor Pass is valid approximately 1 to 1.5 hours after boarding.

In addition to the 9/11 Memorial, this exciting ride offers unmatched views of the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building, and Governors Island, just to name a few!
