Policies

Government issued identification required. All passengers traveling on 1Day tours must present government issued photo I.D.’s for airline check-in. No refund given to passengers denied boarding due to lack of proper identification.

There is a NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND. No name or date changes will be honored once booking is confirmed.

Lava viewing conditions change daily and we do not guarantee the viewing of active lava flow. The approach involves hiking over rough uneven lava surfaces. Covered walking shoes, and a light jacket/sweater/poncho are recommended as the weather conditions may change throughout the course of the day.

In order to be in compliance with FAA regulations we require the full names of all persons on tour with air transportation. This name must be exactly as it appears on your valid, government photo identification.
