Cancellation: Redeemed e-tickets are nonrefundable. Unredeemed e-tickets are fully refundable up to one year from purchase.

Universal Studios Hollywood™ is NOT included on 1 or 2-day Go Los Angeles Cards.

One single use weekday ticket to Universal Studios Hollywood™ exclusively on each 3, 5 and 7-day card.

Visiting the first attraction activates the card. Card must be used for the number of days purchased within 14 days.

A separate E-Ticket will be emailed to the guest within 72 hours of purchase. This ticket is required to redeem services.

All e-tickets valid for 1 year from purchase. If not used in 1 year, products are nonrefundable.

Use your pass right on your phone or print it out in advance. Show your digital pass at designated ticketing areas and enjoy! No voucher redemption necessary.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
