Policies

Visiting the first attraction activates the card. Card must be used on consecutive days for the number of days purchased once activated.

Go Boston Card now includes tickets to Red Sox Games at historic Fenway Park. Just bring your Go Boston Card to the ticket office the day of select games and get your ticket at no extra charge!

A separate E-Ticket will be emailed to the guest within 72 hours of purchase. This ticket is required to redeem services.

All e-tickets valid for 1 year from purchase. If not used in 1 year, products are nonrefundable.

Use your pass right on your phone or print it out in advance. Show your digital pass at designated ticketing areas and enjoy! No voucher redemption necessary.

Cancellation: Redeemed e-tickets are nonrefundable. Unredeemed e-tickets are fully refundable up to one year from purchase.
