Inclusion

Bike rental includes comfort bike, helmet, lock and riding map during store hours.

Exclusion

Transportation to and from the departure location.

South Beach - 10th Street: 8:00am – 8:00pm daily.

South Beach - James Avenue: 8:00am – 8:00pm (December-May), 9:00am -7:00pm (June-November).

Downtown Miami - Bayside Marketplace: 10:00am – 6:00pm daily.

Return times is required 15 minutes before closing time.

No rentals available on: January 1; May 30; September 5; November 23-26; December 20-31.

Policies

Cancellation: 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

Helmets are mandatory when riding our bikes.

Guest must have photo ID at check-in.

Credit card will not be charged unless equipment is not returned.

Trailer carriages and trailer tandems are available for rent for children. Kids bikes and equipment as well as a variety of other bikes are also available. Call for pricing.

Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.

Guest is required to call at least 48 hours ahead of your tour date to confirm your reservation and to provide height information.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
