Day Bike Rental

Inclusion

Bike rental includes comfort bike, helmet, handlebar bag, lock.

*2016 Special: Free next day full day Trek comfort hybrid rental (valid for bookings with travel dates through November 25, 2016).

Exclusion

Food and Beverages; Gratuities.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily (March 19 - November 23).

Rental hours: 10:00am–6:00pm (open earlier and closed later in the summer; please inquire when calling to confirm reservation).

Return at least 15 minutes before closing time.

Duration

All day rental during store hours.

Location

Our National Mall Rental location at L’Enfant Plaza: 955 L'Enfant Plaza SW, North Building, Washington, DC 20024.

Metro (suggested): Take Green, Yellow, Orange or Blue line to L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Follow signs for “L’Enfant Plaza” exit; above the exit, you will see large circular artwork of a dog wearing a spacesuit (against a white background). At the top of the escalator, turn right (you will see a Starbucks) and exit to the outside. Walk towards the square brown Metro pole ahead and turn right and go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, turn right and walk towards the Plaza. Bike and Roll DC is the first storefront in the first building on the right.

Policies

Photo ID and credit card required at time of rental; credit card will not be charged unless equipment is not returned.

Helmets are mandatory when riding our bikes.

Trailer carriages and trailer tandems are available for rent for children.

Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.

Guest is required to call at least 48 hours ahead of your tour date to confirm your reservation and to provide height information.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
