Chicago Two Hour Glide

This two-hour glide will cover the same route as our expanded three-hour Segway tours of Chicago, but will focus more on the experience of riding Segways through our beautiful parks and less on the history and quirky facts about our hometown.

Tour breaks will be shortened to accommodate the two-hour time limit, so guests looking for a more leisurely experience should strongly consider our three-hour Segway tour options.

With a slightly shorter duration, this tour is perfect for the locals or travelers that way to their hand at riding a Segway but may be constrained by a tighter schedule.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily (November-March), Monday-Friday (April-October); Departs at 11:00am (year round) and 3:00pm (April-October only). No tour departures on: January 1; July 4; November 24; December 25. Please arrive 15 minutes prior for check in.

Each of our tours begins with a 30 minute orientation session.

Participant restrictions

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older. All participants must be at least 12 years old. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on tour. Unfortunately anyone under the age of 12 will not be permitted to participate.

All participants must weigh at least 100 pounds and not in excess of 260 pounds.

Due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not permitted to participate on our segway tours.

Policies

We ask each guest to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Tours take place rain or shine. Ponchos available in our office in case of rain for anyone that needs them.
