Start your Auckland city highlights tour with a trip along Queen Street, the "Golden Mile" of Auckland’s business and shopping district. Many of the early buildings dating back to the 1880's still remain, threaded amongst the modern high rise buildings of today.

Travel across Auckland’s Harbour Bridge for expansive views of Waitemata Harbour, boat marinas and the city skyline. The city has 48 extinct volcanic sites, many of which you’ll see on your tour.

Visit Auckland Domain, one of Auckland's oldest parks. Within its 75 hectares you'll find the Auckland War Memorial Museum and the tropical Winter Gardens.

Your tour continues through the boutique shopping area of Parnell, before travelling along the waterfront on Tamaki Drive to the perfect spot for photo opportunities: Michael Joseph Savage Memorial Park on Bastion Point. From this outlook you'll be able to enjoy stunning views of the city skyline and across the Waitemata Harbour.

After your Auckland city tour you will be dropped off at the iconic Auckland Sky Tower. Take a trip up this 328-meter high building, the tallest in the Southern Hemisphere.

From the observation deck you'll enjoy unparalleled views of Auckland in every direction. You can use your entry to the Sky Tower at any time during the day of your Auckland City Highlights tour. We recommend that the best time to visit the Sky Tower is in the early evening, so you can see Auckland transform from day time beauty to night-time sparkle.
