Guests should arrive at the box office between 1 hour prior and 45 minutes prior to performance to pick up their tickets.
Please note - only the name on the reservation will be permitted to pick up tickets at the show box office. Photo I.D. required.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Date or time cannot be changed once show tickets are purchased. Name changes are accepted up to 48 hours prior to show date.
