You'll attend a cooking class at the famed New Orleans School of Cooking; stroll, learn and eat your way through the French Quarter with your expert tour guide from New Orleans Culinary History Tours; and finally, relax "Big Easy" style while enjoying a stroll through the Southern Food & Beverage Museum followed by dinner at Purloo Southern Cuisine.

Southern Food & Beverage Museum:
Admission - $10 per person / Students (with ID), Military & Seniors over 60 - $5 per person / Children under 12 (with an adult) – FREE.
Purloo Southern Cuisine:
Features a 20-seat exhibition kitchen and 50-seat restaurant.
In addition to the regular menu, diners can expect 8-10 weekly specials highlighting a different Southern State.
Guests can also enjoy both traditional and original Southern cocktails at the expansive and historic bar built in 1851 (possibly the oldest bar in New Orleans!).
Inclusion
A two and 1/2 hour cooking demonstration class and lunch at New Orleans School of Cooking, and a complimentary cookbook, the Class Act Cookbook.
A three-hour guided New Orleans culinary and history walking tour, and complimentary food samples at select restaurants.

Hours of operation
New Orleans School of Cooking: Cooking Demonstration Class and Lunch daily starting at 10am. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the schedule class start time of 10 am. Closed New Year's Day, Mardi Gras Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
New Orleans Culinary History Tours: Tours are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9AM – 5PM. No tours on Wednesday, Sunday, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Mardi Gras Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Southern Food & Beverage Museum: Tours are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9AM – 5PM; Open Thur-Mon, 11AM - 5:30PM.
Purloo Southern Cuisine: Lunch – Tues-Sat 11AM – 3PM; Happy Hour – Tues-Sat 3PM-6PM; Dinner – Tues-Sat 5PM-10PM. Reservations Recommended.
