Hours of operation

Big Bus Tours-Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour - 24 hour - Hop on hop off tour runs daily, hours will begin at 9:00am, last bus departing on route at 4:30pm from Central Station – Bayfront Park, 301 North Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, 33132.

Miami Seaquarium - General Admission - Open daily, Open 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Millionaires Row Cruise - Tour is Available: Daily; Departures at 10:30am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. *Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour.

Big Bus Tours-Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour - 24 hour - **Please be aware that due to a decision made by City of Miami Beach officials, tour bus operators are prohibited from stopping on Ocean Drive until further notice. In order to comply, Big Bus Tours will not be stopping at our Stop #4 – Ocean Drive. In order to accommodate you, our valued passengers, we have created a temporary stop at our Big Bus information center on the NE corner of Collins Ave. and 9th Street, in front of the Sherbrooke Hotel. This stop is conveniently located within a one minute walk of Ocean Drive.

Millionaires Row Cruise - We can accommodate manual wheel chairs but not mechanical wheel chairs as they are too heavy to lift. Please arrive at our ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure to receive your boarding passes. Island Queen Cruises is located inside Bayside Marketplace through the main entrance straight towards the water. Our ticket booth is located near the music stage in the center of the mall and next to a sixteen foot hanging shark.

Participant restrictions

Miami Seaquarium - General Admission - Children 2 years and younger are admitted free of charge.

Millionaires Row Cruise - Children 4 to 12 years of age receive child rate. Children 3 and under ride for free.

Policies

Big Bus Tours-Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour - 24 hour - Ticket validity: ticket is valid for 6 months after purchase date.

Millionaires Row Cruise - Guest is required to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the tour date in order to issue refund. If tour is canceled by Island Queen Cruises due to inclement weather and we cannot reschedule the guest then a refund may be issued.
