Hours of operation

Movie Stars' Homes Tour – Available daily; Departs every 1/2 hour, from 9:30am - Sundown; Pick-up starts at 8:00am. No tour departures on: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Oscar Academy Day (last Sunday of February).

Universal Studios Hollywood - Park hours vary depending on the day. Opens at 9:00am.

Hard Rock Café - Jazz package - Restaurant: Sun – Thurs 11:00am – 11:00pm; Fri – Sat 11:00am – 12:00am.

Location

Movie Stars' Homes Tour - If you are not getting picked up from your hotel, Guests may drive to our terminal location at 6925 Hollywood Boulevard (TCL Chinese Theater Kiosk) for continuous or hourly tours, and should arrive no later than 9:00am on the day of tour. If you come by car to the Chinese Theatre, Parking Information: Parking is available at the Hollywood & Highland Center, where we are located. It is an underground parking structure with entrances at 1755 North Highland Avenue (next to the Loews Hollywood Hotel) and at 1754 North Orange Drive. Please make sure to bring your parking stub to us, so we can validate it. With validation, the parking is $2 for two hours and each additional 15 minutes is an additional $1, with a maximum of $13 for the day.

Universal Studios Hollywood - Universal Studios Hollywood is located at 100 Universal City Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 91608.

Hard Rock Café - Jazz package - Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd. is located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd #105, Hollywood, CA 90028.

Participant restrictions

Universal Studios Hollywood - To ensure guests safety, there are height requirements for some rides, Children tickets are for guests under 48" tall, Photography is not permitted at some attractions, and all bags must be checked before entering Theme Park.

Policies

Movie Stars' Homes Tour - Upon arrival in Los Angeles, please call prior to the tour to confirm pick-up.

Universal Studios Hollywood - This two day ticket will be valid for 7 days from the first visit to the park.

Hard Rock Café - Jazz package - Please note that on rare occasions the restaurant maybe closed for private dinners. However, vouchers are valid for any day during guests’ visit.

Guest must provide their own transportation to Restaurant.
