Panoramic & Scenic North Side Tour – Available Daily; June 1 – September 30: Departs 9:30am and 1:30pm. October 1 – May 31: Departs 10:00am and 2:00pm. Tour does not operate on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Participant restrictions

Blue Man Group - Age restrictions: Must be 5 years of age or older. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.

360 Chicago (formally John Hancock Tower) - General Admission - Children 0-3 years of age are free but do not receive the extras available with the Total Tower Experience. Child rate for ages 4-11 years of age.

Policies

Blue Man Group - Please note - only the name on the reservation will be permitted to pick up tickets at the show box office. Photo I.D. required. No cameras allowed in the theatre. Theatre is a non-smoking venue. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket is based on best available seating at time of purchase.

360 Chicago (formally John Hancock Tower) - General Admission - All Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Capacity may be restricted and subject to availability. 360 Chicago will not issue refunds for low visibility and/or circumstances outside their control. Hours are subject to change without notice.
