Redemption instructions

A separate Quick Queue Voucher will be emailed to the guest. This voucher is required for your Quick Queue ticket and accompanying wristband.

Participant restrictions

To ensure guests safety, there are height requirements for some rides.

-Manta – Minimum 54”.

-Mako – Minimum 54”.

-Kraken – Minimum 54”.

-Journey to Atlantis – Minimum 42” (42” – 48” with a supervising companion).

-Wild Arctic – Minimum 42”.

-Antarctica – 0-48” must ride with a supervising companion.

-Skytower – No Height Restrictions.

Valid for redemption on date selected only.

Once voucher is redeemed, no changes accepted and no refunds will be provided.

Must show issued ticket and required WRISTBAND for admittance.

All ride height and safety restrictions apply.
