Hours of operation

Available daily. The Official City Tour is available all year round, except Christmas Day (December 25). Opening hours and operating days vary for each attraction.

Duration

The pass is valid for 7 consecutive days.

Location

Vouchers must be redeemed at 1331 Columbus Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94133 (between Beach Street & North Point Street).

Policies

Cancellation: 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

Customers do not have to pre-select the additional attractions upon booking the package. They will receive the voucher and choose additional attractions upon redeeming the voucher in San Francisco.
