Rome Guided Bike Tour with Food Tasting

Following your guide on an easy ride to admire the Ancient Imperial and Republican Forums, the Colosseum, the Jewish Ghetto, the Circus Maximum, Campo de’ Fiori square and the medieval market, the Pantheon and the breathtaking Trevi Fountain. At each stop you will be given the opportunity to take fantastic pictures as the guide shares with you the history of the visited area. During the tour you will also have a real Italian breakfast menu comprised of, an espresso coffee paired with the typical roman croissant at a traditional artisan bakery shop. During your tour you will also enjoy a crunchy roman pizza made with an artisan ancient recipe in one of the most famous “forno” (bakery) of Rome. The pizza here is super thin and tasty, and you will have a chance to watch how it is prepared peeping inside the kitchens. By the end of your Bike and Food Tour experience you will finish on a sweet note with a homemade Italian ice cream, learning its ancient origins and why it’s so important for the Italian culture.

We do not visit the inside of monuments and museums; Beverages; Gratuities.

Hours of operation

Available daily during April-October and Monday, Thursday, Saturday during November-March, departing at 10:00am. We kindly ask all guests to show up at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to tour departure.

No tour departures on: January 1 & 6; April 1-2 & 25; May 1; June 2; August 15; December 25-26 & 31.

Participant restrictions

Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient.

Child Policy: Under 3 years of age not allowed. If your child is younger than 12 years of age, we require the EXPERT LEVEL of biking and that he/she rides her/his own bike. Please note that our staff will have the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for her/his tickets.

Children under 18 years of age cannot take part of our tours alone. They must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

This tour is NOT wheelchair friendly.

This tour is NOT recommended for pregnant women.

Policies

Cancellation: 7 days prior 30% penalty, 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

This tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers in order to operate. Maximum 10 passengers per tour.

The tour goes on rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, we might decide to stop the Bike tour and proceed with a walking tour instead. Guest options on rainy days: (1) Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if Bikes are not ridden due to rain, or if the Bike tour is abbreviated due to rain. OR (2) Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability. The Rain check is a voucher given to client.

Alcohol is forbidden on all bike tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a bike tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.
