You'll visit the famous Igreja do Bonfim, the focus of many of Bahia's different religious traditions, such as the famous Lavagem do Bonfim festival, during which the steps of the church are washed. The route includes historic neighborhoods such as Ribeira, where you stop at the charming Sorveteria da Ribeira, an ice cream parlor that has been serving a unique range of delicious flavors since 1931.
