Hours of operation

Available Monday to Friday departing at 9:00am, 2:00pm, 7:00pm.

Duration

Approximately 4 hours.

Location

Tour departs from 4 different locations: Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates (Al Barsha), Atlantis the Palm and Maktoum street in Deira. For cruise passengers, we have our counter at terminal 3.

We will notify the guests 24 hours prior to the tour date, about the exact location by email and sms/WhatsApp. For the additional pick up from hotel, the guest must be ready at least 30 minutes in advance.

Additional Information

A moderate amount of walking is involved, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing, a warm jacket, comfortable shoes and a hat.

Participant restrictions

Children must be accompanied by an adult; Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking; Not wheelchair accessible.

Policies

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.

Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship.

Cancellation: 2 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
