Our city lights tour exists beyond what any architect or city planner could have envisioned for this city. It is the tour of a living, breathing, moving entity. It shifts under your feet and its output is light, light like you have never seen it before.

There is a quietness, a calm, a hush in a city of 3 million people you can have a few private moments alone just you and the skyline.

Night tours take off from our heliport and give a glowing view of The Willis, Hancock and Trump towers. As you continue along the lakefront you’ll see the city lights shift and glimmer into maze of parks, waterways and buildings including Millennium, Grand and Maggie Daley parks. As you reach Montrose Harbor, after passing Wrigley Field, on the north you will be whisked back down over Buckingham Fountain, The Chicago River, Navy Pier and Soldier Field before landing back at Chicago’s only Private Heliport. Hours of operation

Available nightly departing at 8:00pm, 8:30p, 9:00pm and 9:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour departure time.

This tour is not available November 22 and December 25.

Duration

Your experience will last 45 minutes with fifteen minutes of flight time above Chicago’s famous city lights.

All tours depart and land at C.H.E. Chicago Heliport – 2420 South Halsted Street, Chicago, Illinois 60608.

Additional Information

Guests will be seated with up to 6 others.

Private Tour: Guests will have the helicopter with just their party. Minimum of two passengers required.

Participant restrictions

Children must be at least 3 years of age at the time of tour to participate.

Maximum weight per passenger/per seat is 300 lbs. (approximately 136 kg). If weight limit is exceeded, tour is subject to delay or cancellation without refund.

All passengers must be in their own seats with seatbelt.

Policies

Cancellation: 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

Valid Photo ID is required for passengers 18 years and older.

Passengers cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If safety is affected, deemed by pilot in command, passengers will not be allowed to partake in a tour and will not receive a refund for the cancellation.
