Entrance Ticket to Observation Deck level 124 with 30 Minutes view from the Observation Deck or Entrance Ticket to level 148 with access to the lounge. Ticket depend on you selection at the time of purchase.

Redemption instructions

A separate E-Ticket will be emailed to the guest 30 days prior to the travel date. This E-ticket is required for entry into the attraction. E-Tickets are valid for redemption the date of purchase. Burj Khalifa attraction Tickets come with different time slots. Bring the E-Ticket along with your Passport Copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top 'Will Call' counter.

Policy

Please carry your passport at the time for the visit to the tower. Also, provide us your name as per the passport. If the time requested cannot be availed the next available time will be confirmed. No Luggage allowed.

The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time show on the ticket and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time. Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever. Lost, damaged and / or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
