Designed for guests staying at Hotel Das Cataratas, which is located within Iguaçu National Park, this walking tour starts at the hotels doorstep. The excursion follows a trail that descends into the canyon, providing a panoramic view of the Devil's Throat from the main walkway. Visitors then take the glass elevator up the cliff-face for a view of the 270 falls from the upper deck. Iguaçu National Park, along with its sister park in neighboring Argentina, makes up the most significant remnant of rainforest in the southern cone, which together with the falls has been declared a National Heritage site by UNESCO.
