Southwest highlights. Enjoy our included overnight adventure in iconic Monument Valley, experience the real Wild Wild West. Immerse yourselves in the amazing Utah landscapes of Zion, Bryce, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Take a tour of Antelope Canyon and stare into the mysterious depths of the Grand Canyon before heading back to Fabulous Las Vegas for some serious party time!

Inclusion

Experienced fun and knowledgeable English-speaking Tour Guide; Transportation in a modern 14 passenger tour bus, SUV or minivan fully air conditioned; Park admissions; Navajo Guided Jeep tour of Monument Valley ($75 value).

Accommodations: Use of a two-person tent (if you are a solo traveler you will be paired with a tent partner of the same gender) and use of an inflatable sleeping mat.

Exclusion

Hotel pick-up and drop-off; Water; Local food kitty payment of $70 per person - covers 6 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 6 evening meals; Gratuities ($55-$60 is the recommended amount for this tour).

Hours of operation

Available on May 14, June 18, August 6, September 3 & 24, October 8 (2017) and April 15, May 13, June 17, July 8, August 5, September 2 & 23, October 7, departing at 8:00am and return at 5:00pm on Day 7. We advise you not to book any flights before 11:30pm if you intend to fly out that night.

Location

Departure is from the Super 8 Las Vegas Strip area 4250 Koval Lane, 1 Block off the Strip, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Drop off is to the same location.

Itinerary

Day 1: Zion.

Huge canyon walls ascend toward a brilliant blue sky. Challenge yourself to Angels Landing, hike or stroll the Emerald Pools/Narrows. BBQ back at camp.

Day 2: Bryce.

Stroll along the rim or hike down into the hoodoos in this fascinating landscape.

Day 3 & 4: Arches and Canyonlands.

Visit Arches NP and hike to Delicate Arch. Enjoy walks in Canyonlands NP. Visit the local town and enjoy Utah’s greatest adventure capital.

Day 5: Monument Valley.

Enjoy an included Navajo guided jeep tour of Monument Valley. Camp rim side; enjoy the starry skies and the sunrise.

Day 6: Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon national park South rim.

Enjoy an optional visit to the world’s most famous slot canyon - Antelope Canyon ($45 pp) this morning followed by a scenic walk to view Horseshoe Bend before heading to the Grand Canyon. Take an optional helicopter ride, stroll along the rim at sunset, hike into the canyon or simply relax on the rim.

Day 7: Las Vegas.

Back to Las Vegas via Route 66.

Additional Information

Upon payment of your local $70 food kitty, we include 6 light breakfasts (muffin, fruit or cereal with tea or coffee); 7 sandwich style lunches (you make your own from our pre-shopped fresh ingredients and vegetarian options); 6 evening meals (Your tour guide will suggest menus and help shop for food items. Meals are cooked in camp as a communal effort. You will be expected to help.).

We suggest you bring the following items: 3 season sleeping bag, travel pillow, travel towel, flashlight, sunscreen, sunhat, rainproof jacket (just in case), walking shoes, a warm sweater for the evenings, swimsuit.

There are many opportunities for walks and hikes on this tour. Not all walks are guided. Your Tour Guide will advise and make recommendations for walks to suit your ability and interest.

Due to varying hours of sunlight throughout the year, you may be offered a sunrise jeep tour in Monument Valley.

Small groups maximum size 14.

Participant restrictions

Minimum age requirement: 7 years.

Tour is not wheelchair accessible. Physical walking is required for this tour.

Please be prepared to show your travel insurance and have your passport ready for inspection before departure.

We do not provide water on this tour, as a member of the International Eco Tourism Society we encourage our guests to bring/buy a refillable container. You may refill this every time we make a comfort stop and we will happily recycle it for you at the end of you tour if you wish.

Cancellation: 8 weeks prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
